The incident was very brutal, and why we are calling it most ignored because all the culprits behind this barbarism are still not punished. Sikhs were brutally Lynched and barbarically killed. They were given the worst treatment During that time. Many big Leaders of India ignored this genocide like nothing, and they never spoke about it thus we call it one of the most ignored incidents. 1984 Sikh genocide is one of the biggest bloodbath incidents followed by the Kashmiri Pandit Genocide in Modern Independent India.

Well many of you know the back story behind this genocide, but still many of you don’t know, so we would like to tell you all that this brutal incident happened after the brutal killing of then-Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Indira Gandhi was the first Indian Woman Prime Minister and she was brutally assassinated on 31 October 1984. Indira Gandhi was assassinated by her two Sikh Bodyguards, who were radicalized.
Indira Gandhi’s brutal assassination was the result of Operation Blue Star, an ill-planned, violent military operation ordered by then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi to eliminate the Khalistani terrorist leader Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale. Jairnal Singh Bhindranwale was killed by other terrorists in Amritsar’s Golden Temple. During that military operation, many common public and worshipers were there and they were killed too in the crossfire. The Akal Takht, the highest seat of earthly authority for Sikhs, was also dismissed. This triggered the anti-Sikh feeling and thus this led to the barbarism that no one ever imagined.
The film is depicting the three days barbaric genocide which happened in the National Capital New Delhi. The film stars Diljit Dosanjh, as the lead followed by the rest, Kumud Mishra, Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub, Hiten Tejwani, Paresh Pahuja, Neelu Kohli. The Ali Abbas film is showing the brutalities faced by Sikhs in 1984, the first half of the Film is the best, while the second half is not like the First half. The first half is very strong while in the second half movie does get a bit slow. Although Diljit Dosanjh has hands down everyone with his spectacular performance. He has outshined the role. We would suggest it must be a movie, you will see brutalities and will know about the history. For all the latest national and international updates, news and information stay tuned with us.
