In recent news, a former California police officer is being sued for secretly filming intercourse with a lady. According to reports, the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office accused Anthony Luciano Vasquez, a 25-year veteran of the Pinole Police Department, of felony eavesdropping and misdemeanor “unlawful” video recordings in September 2021. The allegations that he secretly recorded this woman in March 2021 using a hidden camera were connected to both charges. Taking to Facebook, the officials said that Vasquez filmed the victim without her consent by using a hidden camera in his bedroom. it is also reported that Vasquez shared the recording with another law enforcement officer. The office wrote that due to the s3xual nature of this criminal complaint, their office will reveal the identity of the victim as it can damage her life. Due to this reason, the victim’s identity remains to be unknown and it is expected that it will not be revealed in the upcoming days too.

Officials also said that the former Pinole Police Officer Anthony Vasquez was charged by the District Attorney’s Office with one felony and one misdemeanor for the unlawful video recording of Jane Doe while he was getting physical with her. The alleged violations happened while Vasquez was employed by the City of Pinole. After the incident, Vasquez resigned from the Pinole Police Department. Vasquez allegedly belonged to the 17-person text message gang “The Mafia,” according to the authorities. A group member allegedly encouraged Vasquez to “send a video” and “get that b—- on the snap” when he was asked if he would soon have sex with the woman, according to the lawsuit, Mercury News.

According to reports, Pinole police chief Neil Gang said in 2021, “This kind of behavior won’t be accepted, so as soon as we were aware of the circumstance, we acted right away. I care a great deal about the community and our responsibility to serve and protect it, as does the whole department.” On June 28, 2021, Vasquez submitted his resignation from the force while the event was being investigated.
